Who handles your details
This is Lucy’s Dress Hire's site. The accounts, checkout and payments on it are provided by Ourfit Technologies Pty Ltd, which trades as Ourfit.
When you sign in or book here, you are using an Ourfit account. Ourfit collects and holds your account, booking and payment details under Ourfit's privacy policy.
What Lucy’s Dress Hire receives
Lucy’s Dress Hire receives what it needs to fulfil your booking, and what you give it yourself:
- Your name: your profile name and photo, and your first and last name.
- If you haven't added a name: your mobile number, so it can tell you apart.
- Your delivery address, once your booking is confirmed, for a piece that is posted to you.
- Your booking: the piece, the size, your dates and how you chose to receive it.
- What you tell it: the occasion and note you add at checkout, and the messages you send.
- Whether you have verified your identity with Ourfit. This is a yes or no only.
- If you book a try-on: your name and the time you booked.
- If you join the mailing list: your email, and when you joined.
- If you chat with the assistant: what you write in the chat.
- If Lucy’s Dress Hire adds a booking for you itself: your name and mobile, and the booking.
- If you are given a code: the code and whether you used it.
Emails and texts from Lucy’s Dress Hire
Lucy’s Dress Hire can email you offers if you joined its mailing list or have rented from it before, and text you offers only if you agreed to texts from it. Every one has a way to stop. Ourfit sends them for Lucy’s Dress Hire.
Texts and emails about a booking come from Ourfit.
The assistant
The assistant on this site is an AI. What you write is sent to Ourfit's AI provider to answer you, and Lucy’s Dress Hire can read the chat. Chats are kept for 90 days.
Visits to this site
Ourfit counts visits to this site, the pages viewed and where visitors came from, and shows Lucy’s Dress Hire the totals. Ourfit uses product analytics and error reports to run the service, as its privacy policy explains.
There is no advertising tracking on this site.
What Ourfit handles
Your card details go to Ourfit's payment provider. Lucy’s Dress Hire does not see or store them.
Ourfit holds your account details, including your mobile number and email, and sends the emails and texts about your booking.
Ourfit's privacy policy explains what Ourfit collects, how it is used and shared, the cookies and analytics used on sites like this one, and how to access or correct your details or make a complaint.
